  • AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Customers: Your IMEI# is 15 digits
  • Sprint Customers: Your MEID HEX# is 14 digits
  • US Cellular, Other Carriers and Unlocked devices: Your IMEI# is 14 digits

Please upload a picture of your receipt that shows the store where you purchased your V30 or V30+, the purchase price of your V30 or V30+, the purchase date and the IMEI/MEID number of your device.
